We charge £100 for sofa orders up to £7500 in value, and it is free if the order is greater than that. For smaller items such as cushions the charge is £30.
If you have an old sofa or chair you would like to dispose of we will be happy to take this away for £75 per sofa and £45 per chair. For your peace of mind and so you know why we are charging for the items to be removed they will be sent to our trusted disposal supplier who conducts the ‘waste to energy’ scheme. Your old sofas will not end up in landfill.

If you wish to return you sofa or chair, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange. We require you to contact us within 14 days of your delivery date and we will come and collect it at a time that is convenient for you. All we ask is that your item is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered.
Our standard build to delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks, this can vary throughout the year, for example, in the run-up to Christmas we are of course very busy, so please expect 8 weeks. If you would like your sofa by a certain date, Please do let us know when ordering and we will see if we can accommodate this. If you would require a delayed delivery, we will happily look after your sofa until you are ready.
This isn’t possible with all products but we will always do our best to explore this option. Please don’t hesitate to ask and we will be delighted to discuss the options, there may be a small cost but we will try and keep this to a minimum.
If you would prefer a slight change in the back cushion height please do not hesitate to ask and we will be delighted to make the changes, there may be a small cost but we will try and keep this to a minimum.
Not as standard but we are happy to recommend a suitable soil guard.

We have very few cases where our sofas or chairs won’t fit into a room through doors or windows. But to add to your own peace of mind we commit to a full refund if our up delivery team confirm the order can’t get access.
