British Velvet £1,520
We have to offer a velvet and our British supplier makes a beautiful one. Velvet is not for every room in the house but when treated with the respect it deserves it keeps its sumptuous good looks for years. The 100% cotton pile produces a rich depth of colour and a super soft feel. We use velvet for fixed cover furniture only to help it maintain it’s smart appearance and it should be noted that loose covers do not sit happily over the top of these luxuries pile fabrics
Comfy Corduroy £1,485
Our 100% cotton pile corduroy is both relaxed and contemporary. Woven in Italy, dyed into beautiful shades and given a soft laundered finish this fabric is washable so perfect for loose covers in busy homes.
Cosy Wool £1,520
Woven near Florence our wool has a smart tailored character and comes in a range of beautiful colours. The fabric has a very high wool content at 80% whilst the 20% nylon in the composition enables a finer wool to be used so the handle is softer yet stronger.
Fresh Linen Cotton £1,485
Our 52% linen 48% cotton is another British fabric and another washable one. This is a clean and simple looking cloth, elegant without trying too hard, it fits with all interior styles.
Laundered Linen £1,580
Everyone loves our luxurious 100% linen, it’s quality is defined by weight and wonderful drape. Woven in Britain and fully machine washable we have worked with the mill to produce a soft laundered finish. We are also proud to sing about the green credentials of linen generally, it needs no extra water to grow, minimum if any pesticide help, every part of the plant is used and it even takes less dye to colour it.

White Glove Delivery is standard – that’s why all our sofa ranges come with white glove delivery as standard. No surprises at the checkout (T & Cs apply).
Up Sofas employ a white glove delivery service which ensures you receive the sofa in perfect condition. It will be delivered by a team who respect your home, who will remove your old sofa if required as well as the packaging the new sofa came in. Delivery is free for orders over £7500, and £100 for orders in England & Wales. For Scotland please call for a quote.
FAQ
We charge £100 for sofa orders up to £7500 in value, and it is free if the order is greater than that. For smaller items such as cushions the charge is £30.
Our aim is to make this process as simple and enjoyable as possible. We are here to help with whatever you need. We will keep in contact with you throughout the process of making your order. Our standard build to delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks, this can vary throughout the year, for example, in the run-up to Christmas we are of course very busy, so please expect 8 weeks. If you would like your sofa by a certain date, Please do let us know when ordering and we will see if we can accommodate this. If you would require a delayed delivery, we will happily look after your sofa until you are ready.
We have very few cases where our sofas or chairs won’t fit into a room through doors or windows. But to add to your own peace of mind we commit to a full refund if our up delivery team confirm the order can’t get access.
We Guarantee to you that the product(s) will be free from defects for 12 months from delivery.
Discolouration and slight distortion dur to normal use is expected and not deemed a warranty issue or defect.
Any accessories supplied with a product have a 6 month warranty.
Should the product(s) be defective within this period, we will repair or replace the product(s) within a reasonable time. You must allow us to examine the product(s) at your or our premises (at our choosing). We own any replaced products or parts. All reasonable care and endeavour shall be used to resolve problems in a realistic period in the circumstances. We repair using components, which are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry standards and practice.
FAQ
If you have an old sofa or chair you would like to dispose of we will be happy to take this away for £75 per sofa and £45 per chair. For your peace of mind and so you know why we are charging for the items to be removed they will be sent to our trusted disposal supplier who conducts the ‘waste to energy’ scheme. Your old sofas will not end up in landfill.
We want our customers to love and enjoy their furniture for years to come. We make our furniture to last a lifetime, that is why our hardwood frames are guaranteed for 30 years. A well cared for sofa frame should last this period.
